James originally trained in multi-camera at Pebble Mill and went on to do OBs, PSC and news gathering. Since going freelance in 2001, He has continued to have a varied career in drama, documentary, music and sport to name a few. He operates hot-heads for ACS, particularly Gyron and Cineflex on their tracking vehicles, rails and blimp. He has also done a considerable amount of training on camera, studio and ped skills and can edit in FCP-X.
