Prime Television was asked to provide a multiple Minicamera portable car rig (at very short notice) for this On-Air Pilot. With no recce or even seeing the cars, we built a portable rig overnight to take to Blackpool for this production. The four camera rig and all the cameras were required to be moved from Limo to Limo on a daily basis. The incredibly short notice, lack of a recce and no details of the cars made this production one of the hardest we have experienced but the result was a good one hour factual entertainment programme.
